Laura joined the Sound family in July 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Belhaven University and a Master of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is a licensed investment advisor, an insurance agent, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®). As a lifelong learner, Laura brings skills and experience from prior endeavors (healthcare management, laboratory medicine) to her work at Sound Financial Strategies Group.
Laura leads the delivery of Financial Planning services at Sound Financial, working closely with clients to build financial plans, manage investment models, and navigate the complex world of financial products and services available. Her goal? To help you identify your financial and other life goals, then build and execute on a plan to get you where you want and need to be.
Laura currently lives in Brandon with her husband, Chris, and their three Shih-Tzu pups Sammy, Pip, and Maisie.
